Race cards on real paper
Trail races come as topo postcards, road races as bibs, local 5Ks as ticket stubs โ the AI assist picks the paper when it fills in your race from a link or a description. Write your goal on the card. Finish one and it gets the stamp.
Your crew is on the course with you
Tap start on race morning and the card flips into a foggy-brain companion: elapsed clock, a next-fuel countdown with reminders that buzz in your vest, and the cue cards you wrote when you could still think. Your crews get a "racing now" card โ every cheer they send lands on your screen mid-race.
The card becomes the memory
Finish, drop your time, and the race becomes a report: everyone's result, the story, and up to a dozen photos picked in one go. Crews see it land in chat. Years from now the paper is still there โ the bucket list ones too, waiting for their someday.
Polls, receipts, and who saw the plan

New in town? Find your people
Search public crews by name, area, or vibe โ trail, mornings, easy pace, first-timers welcome. See where they run and how many show up, then join with one tap. Private crews stay invite-only.
Know your suspects
The crew roster, mugshot style. Tap anyone to message them directly. Mute a noisy crew and you'll still get tapped on the shoulder when someone @mentions you. Owners and the admins they pick keep the crew theirs: report, block, and remove are one tap away.
Run it like a crew, not a group chat
The crew page is home base: who's in, who wants in, every photo ever posted, your spots, your settings. Flip on approval and new faces wait for a nod from you or a co-admin. Pin the plan. Everyone sees "Katie joined" the moment it happens, and nobody wonders whether the plan was seen.
Search that actually finds it
Every crew chat, DM, and huddle has a magnifier. Two letters in and the matches come back newest first with who said it and when, the hit highlighted. That AllTrails link, that 6:40 start, that gate code โ found.

Public crews get a webpage anyone can find โ icon, area, and a join button that drops new runners straight in. Private crews stay invite-only. You choose, and you can change your mind.
